• Are your products tested on animals? 
  • No! All of our skincare is cruelty-free.

Orders & Shipping

• How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Orders typically take 2-3 days to process and standard shipping within the U.S. takes 5-7 business days.
• Do you ship internationally?
  • At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Returns & Exchanges

• What is your return policy?
  • We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at hello@cheebieskin.com to start a return.
• Can I exchange a product?
  • No, we do not accept exchanges of products.

• Do I need a full routine, or can I start with one product?
  • You can absolutely start with a single product. Many customers begin with our cleanser or moisturizer before building a routine.
